Position Overview

This position provides a valuable, hands-on learning experience for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure in an IT environment. The IT Intern will support daily technical operations, assist in maintaining hardware and software systems, and contribute to active IT projects. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop core skills in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and user support while making meaningful contributions to real-world business functions. 

Responsibilities 

• Work with our IT team and company staff to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day technical needs—including video conferencing systems, employee laptop setup, and general IT support 

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, peripherals, and conference room technology 

• Assist with IT onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees 

• Manage basic IT inventory, including tracking laptops, monitors, headsets, and accessories 

• Provide first-level support for employee tech issues and escalate when necessary. 

• Document processes and help build an internal IT knowledge base 

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a 2-year or 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field who is eager to develop real-world experience supporting a fast-paced technology environment
