Job Description

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Treasury Operational

  • Prepare all payment to vendor (sin-sin, Thailand, Philippines, AHG and Singapore HQ)
  • Checking and process payment to employee reimbursement (for All employee at ASEAN trading company and Singapore HQ)
  • Filling Workday’s and vendor’s payment Documentation.
  • Update cashbook (Cashbook is the list of all payment to vendor and employee reimbursement)
  • Download Bank Statement
  • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure cash and bank transaction has been recorded and reconcile properly.
  • Maintain a good relationship with banks

Financials & Reporting

  • Update the specimen bank when an authorization signature changes
  • Assist treasury associate manager to provide the SSEA&HK cash balances every Monday and Wednesday – will be submit to Regional Treasury.
  • Assist treasury associate manager to provide the FX exposure – will be submit to Regional Treasury.
  • Update forecast for AR Affiliate collection (once a month)
  • Collaborate with HR team to maintain medical reimbursement through workday system.
