About the Role

• Location: Columbia VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209
• Employment Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), with rotating after-hours call coverage
• Salary Range: $230,000 -$260,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

As a CRNA at the VA, your responsibilities will include providing anesthesia and critical care support, managing patients during surgical procedures, obtaining patient history, administering medications and IV therapies, performing life-saving measures, supporting discharge planning and patient education, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have a Master's or Doctoral degree from a COA-accredited program, an active CRNA license in any U.S. state or territory, and current BLS, ACLS, and NBCRNA certifications. A minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years is required, and prior VA experience is beneficial.
