Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Perform basic duties such as painting, light plumbing, changing light bulbs, and simple carpentry.
  • Support with physical tasks, including moving equipment, materials, or furniture as required.
  • Help maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors by performing basic cleaning and upkeep.
  • Monitor supply inventory and notify the supervisor when stock needs to be replenished.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Respond to work orders and resident requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing tasks.
  • Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed.


    • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in general maintenance or building support is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools and small power tools.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.


    • The salary for this role is $15 per hour.
