Are you an HR professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-performing business? We’re looking for an HR Specialist to support our people operations and help us create a great employee experience as we continue to grow in London and expand into the US.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work closely with the wider People team and support managers across the business. You’ll be involved in day-to-day HR operations, people processes, and projects that shape our culture and support our team. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries and helping them manage their teams effectively
- Assisting with employee relations cases (e.g. probation, absence, and performance issues), with support from senior HR team members
- Coordinating core HR processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, and performance reviews
- Maintaining accurate people data, updating the HR system, and supporting with reporting and insights
- Helping to roll out HR policies and ensuring we’re up to date with employment law
- Assisting with people-related projects such as new frameworks, role changes, or policy updates
- Managing regular HR operations such as payroll changes, benefits, and office support
- Supporting culture and wellbeing initiatives - from team socials to celebrating milestones
- Coordinating travel and office logistics when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an HR support role (e.g. HR Assistant, Coordinator, or HR Administrator), ideally in a fast-paced environment like recruitment, sales, or consultancy
- Good understanding of HR processes and UK employment law basics
- Confident communicator, comfortable supporting managers and working with different teams
- Highly organised and detail-focused – able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- CIPD Level 3 or 5, or working towards it
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office

How We Work
Our office is based in London, and we value face-to-face collaboration. We work in the office 4 days a week, with Work-from-Home Wednesdays post-probation and flexibility for travel or personal matters.
