- As part of the recruitment team, help ensure that the client has a quality candidate pipeline of diverse candidates to ensure their hiring targets are met.
- Deliver workshops or training sessions to support the business areas with the assessment process, ensuring that they’re fully equipped and knowledgeable of the role they play within the candidate’s journey.
- Efficiently monitor application pipelines and process candidates in a timely manner in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Deliver a high level of client service interacting both virtually and in person.
- Successfully coordinate and facilitate assessment events, including scheduling and communicating with candidates, as well as providing timely updates to the client.
- Providing timely updates to candidates on offer decisions providing constructive feedback where necessary.
- Provide up to date and accurate reporting on status of recruitment activities.
- Update candidates regularly on their application throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive and supportive candidate experience throughout the season, ensuring all candidate queries are answered fully and in a timely, efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, keeping everyone well informed on priorities and outcomes during the recruitment campaign.
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings.
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Person Specification
- A confident communicator, you are comfortable speaking and presenting to hiring managers and candidates at all levels, adapting your communication as appropriate to your audience.
- Highly organised, you will be realistic and ensure deadlines are met.
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, busy, and challenging environment.
- Focused on delivering a professional and commercial service to the Client.
- Resilient and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience within a customer facing environment and ideally a recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of the early careers market is advantageous however not essential.
- Candidate-first and passionate about delivering a high level of service.
- Fluency in German is desirable but not essential.
Other Information
- Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
- Minimum of 3 days a week in the office
- 3-month probationary period.
