Hybrid Teaching Assistant en St Margaret’s CEVAP School

Salary: £24,404 pro rata

Hours: Part Time. 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 3.15 pm

Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible

We are seeking to recruit a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to support the learning and pastoral care of pupils. You will need to be able to form a positive and consistent relationship with pupils, focussinipswicg on creating a calm, secure and consistent working environment. This post will initially involve supporting individual children with Special Educational Needs. A skilful and experienced person is preferred but the right candidate is more essential.

• has experience of working with pupils across all age groups, including EYFS 

• can think flexibly and use their own initiative in supporting the learning needs of our pupils

• can follow direction

• has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour

• is flexible and committed to working as part of a team

• has excellent communication, mathematics and English skills

• who has up to date safeguarding knowledge

• who is passionate about supporting all children within an inclusive classroom environment.
