Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales:
Actively sell CGM Offerings to healthcare practitioners, with a primary focus on signing new customers.
Solicit orders based on CGM’s prevailing terms and Rate Sheet.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
Installation Services:
Install CGM Offerings for customers in accordance with CGM’s requirements.
Training Services:
Provide training to customers on the use of CGM Offerings, based on training provided by CGM.
Develop and present a quality assurance/measurement process to CGM within the first month of engagement.
Support Services:
Operate a assistance during normal business hours to handle inbound requests and sales leads,
Provide Level 1 (L1) customer support, including installations, data restores, basic functionality, billing, reporting, reconciliation, clinical notes, basic technical support, hardware/network setup, and training.
