Paid Performance Specialist (SG)

As a Paid Performance Specialist at the heart of one of the largest tech brands, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our paid media campaigns. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about owning the performance, optimising strategies, and collaborating across diverse teams to deliver impactful results. You'll serve as a key liaison between country, regional, and global teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on all paid media initiatives. 


This role offers a unique opportunity to be fully embedded within the client team, going beyond a typical agency setup. You'll be at the forefront of brainstorming new marketing programmes, facilitating approvals, and ensuring our paid media efforts are always aligned with business objectives across regional, country, and global stakeholders.

Role:

  • Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g., social) to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives, including managing and optimising performance across different channels.
  • Support paid media campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and keyword research to ad copy creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing across creative and analytics teams and regional and global stakeholders to ensure creative assets are optimised for performance and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor and manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of spend to maximise ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. Proactively explore new channels and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to various stakeholders, clearly communicating results, insights, and future recommendations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, proactively seeking solutions and escalating when necessary to ensure campaign continuity.
  • Channel management for YouTube to track trends, optimise content and manage the channel.
  • Potential lean in for programme management for channels, including but not limited to content scheduling. 

You: 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a similar role, in-house or at an agency, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of various paid media platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, managing expectations and points of view, and putting this together in an action plan.
  • You are a team player and focused on driving the job towards the finish line 
  • Have a high sense of ownership, deliver high-quality work and are curious about the impact of the team’s work on the business.
  • Proactive work ethic, with equal ability to think analytically, creatively and conceptually.
  • Can navigate through ambiguity and changes, and has proven strength in guiding stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and bring business recommendations to the table.
