The Role
We’re hiring our first / founding Email Marketing Manager, a hybrid marketer-product expert who will consolidate and lead our email and nudge lifecycle strategy. You’ll craft and execute high-impact campaigns using both classic lifecycle marketing tactics and cutting-edge prompt engineering. Your goal: get users to consistently return to Nadia, our AI coach, through thoughtful, tailored nudges that create value and drive action.
You’ll own our cross-channel email strategy - from 30-day onboarding flows to personalized conversation-triggered nudges - collaborating deeply with product, CS, marketing, and engineering teams. You’ll also experiment with LLMs to generate dynamic, context-aware messaging directly from user conversations.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone energized by a fast-moving, ambiguous, first-in-role environment.

What You'll Do
Own and execute our user nudge strategy across the full lifecycle—from onboarding and reactivation to feature launches and success milestones
Map and automate user journeys, especially the critical first 30 days of user onboarding
Craft LLM-powered email prompts, working with conversation data to dynamically generate tailored, high-conversion messages in Nadia’s voice
Consolidate fragmented efforts by taking full ownership of nudge campaigns currently split across Product, CS, and Marketing
Lead campaign analysis and reporting, partnering with the Data team to track open, click-through, and conversion rates
Partner cross-functionally with teams including:
Product on LLM prompts and Teams integration
Customizations on behavior-change campaigns
Customer Success on account-specific nudges tied to webinars, activations, and launches
Marketing/Product Marketing on announcements and feature awareness
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven B2B or B2B2C environment
Deep curiosity and willingness to learn prompt engineering and LLM systems (or prior exposure to generative AI tools)
Experience building multi-touch email journeys and segmentation strategies
Strong copy instincts, with a feel for tone, clarity, and conversion
Exceptional organization and project management skills
Proven ability to collaborate with busy leaders at all levels, including the C-Suite, to drive initiatives forward.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment and continuously learn through high-quality feedback and new workstreams.

This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office in either New York (Union Square) or Toronto (Spadina&Queen).
