Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Project schedule estimation
• Chip floor-planning, block-level layout and top-level integration
• IO/ESD placement and routing
• Good understanding of isolation and routing strategies for high voltage, power stages and noisy signals
• Good understanding of EM and IR
• Layout verification (DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/ESD/DFM)
• Layout reviews
• Chip tape-out in accordance with company's procedure, completing all design quality checks and data quality checks
• Work in very close collaboration with several teams: IC design, CAD, package and technology development
• Mentor and assist other Jr Layout Engineers

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of industrial layout experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuit Design
• Able to resolve LVS issues independently
• Familiar with the fundamentals of analog layout
• Cadence and ICED tools experiences are preferable
• Positive Attitude
• Show initiative to communicate with different departments as needed to resolve issues
• Effective communication and written skills in English are a must
