🧩 The Partoo Sales Ecosystem
Partoo’s Sales team is structured into three Enterprise Scopes, each adapted to the size and complexity of our clients:
- SME (Small & Medium Enterprise)
Manage accounts with 20–50 locations. Sales cycles: 3–6 months. Average ARR: €9K–€12K.
- Mid-Market
Handle accounts with 50–300 locations. Sales cycles: 4–6 months. Average ARR: €12K–€21K.
- Key Account
Lead complex sales cycles with clients having 300+ locations. Sales cycles: 6+ months. Average deal size: €50K+.
No matter the scope, your role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders: Marketing Directors, Traffic Managers, Field Teams — all with different needs and decision-making power. Your ability to tailor your pitch and solution is what will make the difference.

We believe that any network of retail locations aiming to improve the customer experience must engage both head office and in-store teams through a digital tool. Yet none of the major global software providers (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle…) currently make this possible.

🧭 Your Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth by closing high-impact deals, delivering real value to local businesses, and strengthening our brand presence in Italy.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of each business and demonstrate how Partoo’s solutions solve real problems.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: From discovery to demo to closing — you’ll own the full sales cycle.
Strategic Prospecting: You’ll work in partnership with BDRs to target high-potential accounts across Spain.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CMOs, Heads of E-Commerce, and Retail/Field Ops teams to drive decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with CSM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Sales Discipline: Use tools like Salesforce, MEDDIC, and custom playbooks to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
✅ Your Profile
6+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in a consultative or complex selling environment.
Native in Italian, with professional fluency in English, (Spanish is a plus)
Strong closing skills and experience selling to multi-site businesses or large accounts.
Prospection skills.
Analytical, structured, and process-driven — with a good command of CRM (Salesforce).
Comfortable selling across stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Level) and building long-term trust.
Eager to be part of an international and growing team.
