We are proud of our hybrid approach which empowers you to have flexibility on whether to work from home or in the office.You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.Key Activities for this role:Accountable for the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle services, with a focus on complex HR functional case management resolution.Ensure high-quality, consistent, and customer-focused advice is provided to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.Provide functional and country-specific expertise on HR processes and systems.Collaborate with the wider People Team to execute HR activities that impact HR processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the impact of change on People Operations.Essential Knowledge & Experience:Relevant experience in HR operations.Strong customer service orientation, with a track record in delivering high-quality operational HR processes.Preferred proficiency in SAP, Alight, and Conduent systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and take appropriate action.Fluent in written and verbal business English; proficiency in German and French is a plus.Preferred Experience:Experience with payroll software systems and benefits administration.Strong change management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work effectively.Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Additional Information:Type of role full-time permanent.Location France office (Paris).This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 2-3 day per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
