MISSION
Improve the software quality to ensure the continued satisfaction of customers using the A2MAC1 Platform, products, and services.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Test the features and bugs of the A2mac1 Platform :
- The development team implements features and fixes bugs, you are a key resource to ensure that the feature corresponds to the specifications and that the bug has been fixed;
- You are a member of an autonomous team of 9/10 persons;
- As other members of your team you are focused on a defined scope.
Manage bugs from the client support tool :
- The clients use a support tool to report bugs, your role is to study the tickets to determine if the bug is valid;
- For validated bugs, you reproduce bugs and create work items for the dev team with a dedicated template;
- You dispatch tickets that are not bugs.
Implement automation tests :
- To improve the software quality, we create automation tests. Your role is to maintain the list of automation tests;
- Update or delete old tests;
- Create new tests depending to new features or blocking issues.
Requirements
Professional Background :
- Know the A2MAC1 platform;
- Comfortable with IT tools.
Skills & Abilities :
- Middle English level (B level);
- Self-motivated, rigorous, and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- Willingness to respond to customer reported issues to qualify and reproduce defects;
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for delivery;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an eye for detail;
- Creative thinker, able to use imagination to create innovative test scenarios.
