What will you be doing as a Marcom Specialist COMMERCIAL FIRE?

• Support marketing needs in conjunction with the Marcom Lead and the Marketing and Marcom manager (PR and media comms).
• Manage internal communications via DL’s
• Manage external communications using Pardot (Sales Force) (design the communication, launch to the right audience and track the action measuring the results/impact)
• Management of mailing of general mailing accounts
• Support to the web improvement in conjunction with the Marcom Lead
• Establish strong relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Representatives to validate the marketing communication aligned with the product direction.
• Be present to the teams with monthly contact with the different regional teams to support them to #1 as a TEAM
• Help to develop a Sales “Playbook” for the solution which outlines for the Sales Teams the value proposition, key messages, competitor differentiation, data sheets, and other marketing collateral. Document pricing and positioning strategy for the solution.
• Organize, implement, and maintain the tactical day-to-day activities needed.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of HTML and Adobe Creative (InDesign ,Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Other design tools knowledge will be a plus (video maker, ….)
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence and communicate across different functional teams and global internal partners in a matrix environment.
• Self-starter motivated to expand skill set and grow experience.
• Effective organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• <20% travel
