The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Social Strategist to join our team and help craft smart, engaging strategies for social-first campaigns across various platforms. You’ll partner closely with creatives, account leads, and production to bring ideas to life that are rooted in insights and designed for impact. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in social strategy who’s eager to grow, lead projects, and make their mark on exciting work.
What You'll Be Doing
Help develop and present social media strategies, platform approaches, and content calendars for brand campaigns
Conduct social listening, competitive research, and trend analysis to inform strategic thinking
Assist in writing creative briefs that align with strategy and support strong campaign development
Collaborate with creatives to ensure ideas are channel-appropriate and strategically sound
Support reporting and performance measurement with insights and learnings that guide future work
What You'll Bring
2–4 years of experience in a social strategy or digital strategy role (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) and how brands use them
A passion for culture, trends, and storytelling
Clear communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment
Bonus If You Have
Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
Experience working with influencer strategies or campaigns
Familiarity with paid social and analytics
