Job Description:

Minimum 6 months experience as Employee Data Administration and Inquiry Management specialist or minimum a bachelor’s degree

· Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information, the ability to define processes

· English knowledge - advanced (written, spoken)

· Skills proven / practiced in elaborating brief, complete, accurate, coherent, grammatically correct written phrases · Solid analytical skills and problem solving

· Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required

· Reliability · Willingness to travel, depending on the needs of implementation / transfer process assigned.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail

· Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner

· Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and teamwork practices
