Teaching & Resource Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

(part-time 25 hours, limited to 24 months)

In this role, you coordinate and ensure efficient allocation and management of teaching resources, academic planning, and you drive digitalization efforts to enhance the university’s educational operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Academic semester and planning

• Examination planning and proctor management

• Teaching Capacity management, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with educational goals

• Integral part of Curricular Change process and quality management

• Being an integral part of accreditation process of new study programs

• Planning, contracting and management of External Lecturers

• Planning and Monitoring of Teaching Budget, including processing invoices and monitoring expenditure

• Implementation of strategic work packages in Digitalization projects

• Maintenance of digital databases and ensuring of up-to-date program information

Your qualifications:

• A completed university degree in Education Management, Administration or equivalent qualification

• Demonstrated experience in academic administration, resource management, or a similar role, ideally within a higher education setting

• Understanding of Financial Management and planning

• Good MS Office Skills

• Very good coordination and organization skills

• A communicative and collaborative approach to working

• Excellent communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
