RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining and updating investor-focused financial models, fund performance data, and investor materials.
• Proactively manage investor relationships, scheduling and participating in key discussions, providing strategic insights, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Enhance investor communications and reporting, leading workstreams for quarterly updates, investor presentations, and critical investor touchpoints.
• Improve investor experience and product positioning by identifying market trends and recommending innovative solutions for fund offerings and client service enhancements.
• Support capital-raising activities, including the preparation of capital calls, investor case studies, and quarterly reports, while playing a key role in fundraising preparations.
• Attend due diligence meetings, address follow-up queries, and manage requests from both existing and prospective investors.
• Maintain a robust investor relations infrastructure, ensuring that CRM systems, investor databases, and reporting tools are up to date and effectively managed.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, aligning investor communications and reporting with risk management and transparency requirements.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and investment professionals to drive efficiency in investor reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong organisation and time management, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to improving investor engagement and operational efficiencies.
• Extensive experience gained in Investor Relations, within Private Equity, Fund Management, or Placement Agents, with solid IR project management experience
• 2-3 years proven experience in fundraising support, including investor due diligence, marketing materials, and capital raising.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across investor reporting and fund documentation.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to execute deliverables independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying critical thinking to investor requests and fund structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
• Proficiency in additional European languages an advantage, however not essential
