Are you a commercially-minded HR professional looking to shape the people strategy of a growing, high-performance business? We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to play a central role in building an outstanding employee experience, partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement and culture as we scale in London and expand into the US.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders to align people initiatives with business goals, coach managers, and embed the values, standards and practices that underpin our success. You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team where ideas are valued, growth is shared, and people genuinely care about the work they do and the culture we’re building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, support organisational design, and deliver against growth goals
- Coaching managers on performance, feedback, and accountability - including how to handle underperformance with confidence and care
- Managing employee relations casework with a pragmatic, people-first approach -including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and probation matters
- Owning cyclical people processes, including reviews, promotions, onboarding, and probation reviews
- Providing data-driven insights to inform decisions around performance, attrition, engagement, and headcount
- Embedding HR policies and practices that reflect our values and high standards, while ensuring compliance with employment law
- Supporting people change initiatives, from role design to new frameworks and management standards
- Running core people operations, including payroll updates, reward coordination, and HRIS maintenance
- Championing culture and wellbeing - planning socials, celebrating milestones, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment
- Managing office and travel logistics, from supplies and food to booking domestic and international travel
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Administrator in a high-growth, performance-led environment – ideally recruitment, sales, or consultancy.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling ER cases from end-to-end.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people impact and business outcomes.
- Highly autonomous, fast-paced, and adaptable - thrives in a scale-up or entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); tech-savvy and HR systems confident.
