This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly across a complex global environment, requiring discretion, precision, and a strong sense of urgency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zonesOrganize executive staff meetings, including agenda planning, deck consolidation, and follow-upsCoordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including proactive tracking of itinerariesProcess and reconcile expense reports, manage travel budgets, and support policy complianceLead planning and execution of organization-wide events such as All Hands and Town HallsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure alignment with executive commitmentsMentor and support administrative colleagues across the support centerQualificationsExperience supporting executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSound judgment and initiative in decision-makingUnderstanding of organizational structures and cross-regional collaborationAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWhat We OfferAt Lenovo, we value the contributions of every team member.
