The Chapter Systems & Analytics Manager resides in the Chapters department at SCTE. This team builds and supports a national network of member-led communities that foster local engagement, professional development, and industry innovation. We empower volunteers, deliver key programs and events, and ensure chapter operations align with SCTE’s mission to advance the cable industry through workforce training, leadership, and community connection. This team plays a vital role in amplifying SCTE’s reach, impact, and member experience at the grassroots level.
The Chapter Systems & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in the sustainability and modernization of SCTE’s chapter infrastructure. This position will support the post-rollout operations of the chapter digital platform, manage data systems that support chapter compliance, and oversee automation of the Chapter Awards Matrix, SharePoint file management, web page and app administration.

We are looking for a systems thinker, project manager, and team collaborator who is energized by building process-driven infrastructure, developing sustainable workflows, and managing knowledge systems across digital tools.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as owner and administrator of the digital platform including permissions, analytics, template libraries, and content workflows
- Oversee onboarding and functionality of the chapter mobile app
- Maintain the compliance automation system, including tracking, compliance deadlines, and report generation
- Develop and manage dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce) to track chapter engagement and compliance
- Oversee SharePoint content management, retention tagging, and committee archives
- Liaise with IT and vendors on system enhancements, data integrity, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain SOPs, system documentation, and admin toolkits
- Support ongoing automation and integration improvements across chapter-related platforms
- Ensure accessibility and analytics alignment across all tools and support platforms
- Collaborate with the Director and Coordinator on shared project timelines, deliverables, and transitions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What Is a Must Have
- 4+ years experience managing technical platforms or digital infrastructure
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in process automation, systems administration, and user documentation
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage timelines, support users, and resolve issues independently
- Project management skills and comfort working with evolving platforms
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience in association management or volunteer-based systems
- Experience managing vendors or external platform partners.
- Familiarity with member engagement analytics
- Background in compliance tracking, awards systems, or membership operations
- PMP or Agile certification a plus

Compensation: The salary range is $91,520 - $109,720. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation up to 17.5% of base salary.

Working conditions and physical requirements
This position is 100% remote and operates from a home office environment. Working conditions for office environment typically involve indoor settings, often with a mix of standing, sitting, and walking, along with the use of hands and fingers to operate computer equipment. Office workers also need to communicate through various means, including telephone, email, and virtual platforms. This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
