💪🏽 What will you do?
Cocoon is hiring a proactive and process-minded Solutions Specialist to assess product gaps and operational exceptions during new customer onboarding and feature rollouts. You’ll help turn complex workflows into seamless experiences by owning solution delivery and execution while improving internal operations along the way. This role sits within the Operations team and partners closely with our Onboarding team to drive a smooth implementation experience to ensure customer success at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Efficiently manage projects and tasks to support operational objectives
- Create and maintain scalable internal processes, runbooks, and documentation
- Identify and fix gaps in workflows, tooling, or cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and internal teams including Product, Support, and Engineering
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable steps
⚡️You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in high growth startups (bonus experience: HRIS, payroll, or leave of absence)
- Are comfortable with queue based workflows and multitasking across priorities
- Operate with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action
- Have a growth mindset. When you see something broken, you speak up and improve it
- Are proficient in tools like Gsheets/Excel, Metabase, and Hubspot
- Bring empathy and precision to sensitive workflows like leave management

The salary for this role is $100,000.
