Job Summary
ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed test descriptions and diagrams for tests of requirements that adhere to established best practices parameters and criteria based on Suppliers expertise and knowledge of operations to align with the SLA categories Oversee test creation process to align with the SLA Use in house tools to review simulation results Triage failures properly align with the SLA categories on Suppliers expertise and knowledge of operations Execute project management planning to meet the SLAs Document exceptions for limited failing tests which convey why particular failing tests are acceptable Update queries for existing dashboards to reflect the latest release Document overall status of the relevant simulations in a project management report Improve workflows through automationSalary And Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $104K to 110Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
