Job Summary:
The Operations Analyst for the XMO Operations Team is responsible for collecting information, enhancing Smartsheet solutions, preparing meeting materials, leading meetings, and performing various tasks to support business metrics and cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures efficient workflows and strategic alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and validate information from cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and maintain Smartsheet solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Prepare materials for cross-functional meetings and send updates to keep everyone informed.
- Lead meetings to gather updates, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely information entry.
- Design and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and gather feedback.
- Ensure dashboards and workflows provide actionable insights for efficiency, cost savings, and strategic alignment.
- Promote collaboration and stakeholder buy-in through workshops and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate and prepare groups for cross-functional meetings, ensuring impactful presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date information and effective communication within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in collecting information and enhancing workflows.
- Proficiency in using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
- Strong ability to prepare and lead meetings effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and maintaining governance frameworks.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis and storytelling.
- Familiarity with advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills to gather feedback and align priorities.
Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
69,500.00 USDMaximum :
