ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately index and categorize medical, human resource, and financial documents according to established protocols and standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and consistently.
  • Organize physical and electronic records to facilitate record storage and retrieval.
  • Review indexed records for accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
  • Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and database systems.
  • Previous experience in indexing, data entry, or records management is preferred, especially within a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Ability to lift a banker box full of records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus.
