· Partner closely with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that delight customers.
· Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
· Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, operations, and incident response.
· Ensure software meets high standards for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
· Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development support to engineering team members.
· Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical deep-dives.
· Translate complex technical concepts into clear plans and communications for stakeholders and executives.
Minimum Qualifications

· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with electric vehicle systems, EV charging infrastructure, or automotive cloud platforms.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
· Knowledge of microservice communication patterns (e.g., gRPC, REST, event streaming).
· Experience building systems that interact with IoT devices, embedded systems, or real-time data pipelines.
· A passion for sustainable technology and the future of mobility.
