Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Engagement manager to provide day-to-day team leadership for the delivery of cloud solutions to customers. The Cloud Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring the successfully delivery of project, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the status, financials, and risks associated with the project. The Senior Cloud Engagement Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The work:
- Provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of cloud solutions to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the status, financials, and risks associated with cloud projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Regularly report project status to customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on progress, financials, and risks.
- Lead and manage the migration of multiple customers to cloud environments, ensuring seamless transitions and optimization of customer applications into cloud environments.
- Architect, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the software development lifecycle.
- Write and maintain advanced Python code for automation, application logic, and integrations.
Here’s what you need:
- 7+ years of implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
- 2+ years of software development tools and methodologies
- 3+ years presenting to executives or IT Management
- 3 years experience migrating customers to the cloud and/or optimizing customer applications to cloud environments
- Experience migrating multiple customers to AWS
- Within six months: (1) PM certification - (PMP, Scrum Master or Government contracting certification); (2) AWS certification - Certified Cloud Practitioner
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
