• Lead & manage end to end complex Onboardings/Implementations – serve as central point of contact: Includes being responsible for weekly meetings & notes, strong collaboration across partners.
• Partner with the Escalations Team on escalated client issues for root cause and resolve (offer possible solution opportunities)
• Assist with preparing and presenting presentations for townhalls, processes/product roll outs and changes
• Perform as a SME on at least two key complex products for your team and partners
• Assist team lead with driving out projects
• Serve as a point of resource for their team
• Increase in monthly referrals & reviews – Solution oriented
• Coordinate with LOB partners to participate in sales calls to show the value add of the service model
• Exceptional written and verbal communication a plus
• Basic loan inquiries
• Mentor to new hires
• Early adopter and change champion for the team. Enthusiastically embraces change and serves as a role model for the team.
• Promotes self-serve with their clients - BankNow, Initio, Wire Initiation
• Assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications
• 3-5 Years Treasury and or Client Service experience preferred
• Ability to analyze issues and offer solutions
• Experience evaluating processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Experience adapting to a fast paced, transformative work environment while driving results
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
• Project management skills
• Passion for learning and development
• Proven leadership skills
• Motivated and results oriented creative thinker
