Two courses are routed, with plans established for a short course and practice center. Set on over 2,400 sandy, secluded acres, here you will find dramatic elevation changes that highlight four distinct and diverse ecosystems: towering pines and hardwood forest, open, grassy meadows, rolling hills, and steep ravines carved by spring-fed creeks that flow through the secluded site. About This Role
As Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in energizing and coordinating all resort marketing and communications, and ensuring brand messaging is consistent across platforms in terms of voice, tone, and visuals.This role will report to the General Manager and work under the direction of the Dream Golf Marketing Team which provides global guidance across destinations.

The role is set within a vibrant, fast-paced environment, making it ideal for individuals who are comfortable handling multiple tasks, thrive in variety, and bring a positive attitude to each new challenge.

Our ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of marketing experience and project management skills, a knowledge of the golf industry, and passion for hospitality. You will be part of a dedicated team working to lay the foundation for guests and residents to have experiences of a lifetime.
 
Department Management
-       Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing and Communications plan each year in partnership with the Dream Golf Marketing Team
-       Participate in leadership meetings
-       Manage department budget
 
Media Relations, Events, and Hosting
-       Function as primary liaison to writers, influencers and photographers on property
-       Support on-site events as necessary
-       Work with the Dream Golf VP of Media and Communications to establish budgets, schedules and itineraries for media visits
 
Advertising, Paid and Organic:
-       In partnership with our digital agency:
-       Oversee paid advertising campaigns for a variety of different KPIs including but not limited to -– Day Golf, real estate, general brand awareness
-       Oversee print advertising plan that support the ethos of the WSD brand
 
Communications and PR:
-       In partnership with our PR agency:
-       Manage Wild Spring Dunes media kit and associated assets
-       Champion the promotion of onsite events
 
Social Media & Content Development
-       Create, schedule, and post content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube/Vimeo) and manage follower interactions
-       Manage budget for content development
-       Work with Dream Golf Marketing Team to strategize and execute around content capture and deployment (photographers and videographers)
 
Website
-       Manage the website, execute needed updates, field requests from internal departments and external stakeholders, propose changes when necessary, report on monthly analytics
 
Email Campaigns
-       Marketing Emails
-       Craft compelling marketing emails to send to the Wild Spring Dunes insiders list.
-       Resort Guest Email Journey
-       Support operations in executing a guest email journey that is in alignment with the Wild Spring Dunes brand
-       Participate in regular reviews of the email journey, propose and mock up, in partnership with the Marketing Team, any edits, and work with external partners to bring them to life
-       Develop and deliver the monthly WSD employee newsletter
