What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
