Job Overview
As a B2B Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple channels, including outbound email, paid media, and digital advertising. This hybrid role blends strategic email marketing with hands-on campaign management of paid ads across Google Search, Display, RollWorks ABM, and LinkedIn. You'll also lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights delivery to optimize Snappr’s SLG (Sales-Led Growth) and PLG (Product-Led Growth) efforts.You’ll partner closely with SDRs, sales leaders, and cross-functional marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns that convert high-value B2B audiences including eCommerce, real estate, and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
Email Outreach & Nurture Campaigns
Own and execute the email outreach strategy for Snappr’s B2B offerings across multiple verticals.
Develop, test, and optimize outbound email sequences using tools like Salesloft Clay AI.
Create and manage email campaigns that align with sales funnel stages and business goals.
Collaborate with product and other relevant teams to develop relevant messaging and segment-specific templates.
Ensure email campaigns follow best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability standards.
Paid Media Campaign Management
Strategize, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
Google Search and Display Networks
LinkedIn Ads
Account-Based Marketing platforms like RollWorks
Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives tailored for B2B audiences.
Monitor performance metrics across paid channels.
Marketing Performance Analysis
Build weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and marketing channel ROI.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization across email and paid channels.
Propose data-backed recommendations to improve campaign results and guide budget allocations.
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email variations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or paid media campaign management, preferably in SaaS or tech.
Proven expertise with email and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io, HubSpot), advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and ABM tools (e.g., RollWorks).
Experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, or similar.
Strong copywriting and content development skills, with an understanding of B2B buyer psychology.
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and data-driven decision making.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools for marketing optimization.
