Job Summary
The CRM & Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing the company’s CRM ecosystem and leveraging BI tools to drive digital transformation. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, sales performance, and data-driven decision-making to boost revenue growth and operational efficiency.
As an expert in Salesforce CRM and BI technologies, this leader integrates AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and business automation to maximize customer value and business performance. The role requires a strategic thinker and technology leader who connects data science, sales strategy, and customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales with a dotted line to Senior Director of Marketing & CX, the CRM & BI Manager collaborates across sales, marketing, operations, IT, and customer experience teams. This high-visibility role drives market leadership, revenue acceleration, and operational efficiency through transformational initiatives that leverage customer data for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
Enterprise CRM Strategy & Optimization
- Architect and lead the development of a best-in-class Salesforce CRM environment, ensuring full alignment with business objectives.
- Spearhead CRM transformation initiatives, leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee data security, compliance, and governance, ensuring CRM integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Develop a long-term CRM roadmap, optimizing system enhancements to support organizational growth and sales strategy execution.
Advanced Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Utilize cutting-edge BI tools (Power BI) to extract, analyze, and present key business performance metrics.
- Implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to enhance forecasting, customer segmentation, and targeted engagement strategies.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Lead data storytelling initiatives to drive informed decision-making at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring data intelligence is fully integrated into corporate strategy.
- Advise C-suite executives and senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on CRM and BI-driven business transformation.
- Lead high-impact initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through advanced data insights.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring all stakeholders adopt best practices in CRM and BI utilization.
Operations
Salesforce Innovation & Automation
- Design and implement enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, including workflow automation, AI-driven insights, and data integration strategies.
- Lead complex CRM data migration, transformation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless operations.
- Establish and manage real-time performance dashboards, offering executives instant visibility into key sales and customer metrics.
Customer Intelligence & Market Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analytics, trend forecasting, and market research to drive competitive positioning.
- Develop customer lifecycle analytics to enhance engagement strategies and mitigate churn risk.
- Implement personalized marketing and sales automation solutions to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
Safety
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
- Attend scheduled EH&S training program.
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
- Recommend improved EH&S practices.
- Practices safe work habits and follows general safety procedures such as proper lifting and bending, ergonomics, proper use of equipment and use of personal protection equipment (PPE).
Product Safety and Quality
- Follows Product Safety and Quality standards.
- Follows GMP’s in regard to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee.
- Follows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses and/or certifications required.) - Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years business experience
- Versatile leader who understands business systems, sales and supply chain processes
- 3+ years Salesforce experience is a must
- Proven track record of leading CRM & BI transformation initiatives that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce (certifications preferred) and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning applications, and data visualization best practices.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with expertise in sales forecasting, revenue analytics, and data-driven strategy execution.
- Experience leading large-scale CRM and BI implementations, including cross-functional project management and change management initiatives.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
