In a context of a remplacement our team is looking for our next Machine Learning Engineer - Pricing Analytics at Free2Move
Data science and analytics are at the core of Free2Move products and decision-making. Our team covers a wide range of topics from guiding business decisions, to optimizing all aspects of the business, to putting in production algorithms that govern critical aspects of our products such as pricing.
Setting the right price at the right time for all our rental options is key in making our solutions attractive to our customers while ensuring that our business thrives.
The Pricing Analytics team is responsible for the whole pricing process, from the design of the intelligent pricing strategy to the deployment in production of the real-time price delivery solution.
We are currently enhancing our existing pricing algorithm and its delivery mechanism, and we're seeking a Data/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our data scientists to help design and implement our new pricing solution. You will play a key role in shaping our pricing delivery platform by advising on and developing technical solutions to the complex challenges we face and bringing them to life.
🚀 Your next missions :
- Take ownership of the current pricing delivery system by reviewing, understanding, and maintaining the existing codebase.
- Implement improvements as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate on the development and drive the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models that deliver optimal pricing for our products, driving both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This includes the setting of data transformation and ingestion pipelines.
- Leverage the latest cloud platform technologies to host our machine learning models, continuously evaluating and monitoring their performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and pricing analytics to ensure that Free2Move remains at the cutting edge of the mobility sector.
- Work alongside senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists to analyze vast amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for pricing optimization
⚙️ Expected skills :
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in applying machine learning techniques to pricing analytics or similar challenges.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including building and maintaining complex codebases.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and others is essential.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including API development, error tracking, caching strategies, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud technologies and data infrastructure to host, monitor, and scale machine learning models effectively. Experience with Databricks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement technical solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is a plus
