Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to own and evolve the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and orchestrate monthly product release cycles. This individual will be the connective tissue across Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Operations, Sales, and Customer Success—ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution across cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and an execution mindset. The ideal candidate has experience leading GTM coordination, implementing process improvements, and managing complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Lead and evolve the end-to-end NPI process—from early concept to market launch.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to define launch readiness requirements and timelines.
  • Drive the cross-functional launch plan, including customer rollout, sales enablement, support readiness, and business metrics tracking.
  • Build and maintain templates, checklists, and dashboards that track launch progress and post-launch performance.

Monthly Product Release Coordination

  • Own the planning and execution of monthly (or regular cadence) product release cycles.
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings across PM, PMM, GTM, Ops, Support, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain release calendars, internal communications, and key deliverables across departments.
  • Ensure alignment on release scope, documentation, enablement, and communication plans.

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Act as the central coordinator across GTM functions for launch and release initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and gaps in communication or ownership.
  • Build feedback loops between customer-facing teams and product development.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure launch success and operational efficiency.

Tools, Process, and Governance

  • Standardize and improve operational workflows, documentation, and communication around launches and releases.
  • Champion best practices in product operations—e.g., launch playbooks, stakeholder alignment frameworks, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Work with RevOps/BizOps to ensure systems and tooling (CRM, roadmap platforms, etc.) are aligned with process needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or a similar function in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional GTM and product launch initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to build structure in ambiguity and scale operational processes.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required.
