Patrocinado por DesignlabThe Total Rewards Coordinator works in collaboration with the Total Rewards team to support the maintenance of compensation and benefit programs, policies, structures, and practices.
Work you’ll do:
- Monitor Benefit, Compensation and University inboxes and respond to clients within Service Level Expectations. Assign tasks in the Outlook inboxes.
- Complete Workday Inbox tasks as needed.
- Update job descriptions/classifications/families.
- Maintain job description library.
- Update job profiles in HRIS system
- Complete verifications for benefit eligibility.
- Update, maintain, and present New Employee Orientations in collaboration with Total Rewards Analysts.
- Provides reports as assigned.
- Manage job level promotion process for Enrollment and other select groups of employees who participate.
- Assist with PTO/ Time Off request issues.
- Manage Ergonomics process, communications, and requests.
- Complete dependent verifications, EOI audits and other compliance audits as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties such as , appointment booking, answering policy questions, updating intranet sites, and sending weekly new hire emails.
- Complete payroll adjustments for LOA
- Assist with TRP program
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Experience with job description foundation, job classification and job theory preferred.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
- MS Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP
