The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll join a passionate and collaborative development team, working on a fresh new superannuation experience for small business users of MYOB Business and Account Right Live (ARL).
With an agile attitude, you’ll help craft the future of our superannuation products, ensuring we deliver meaningful solutions that make a real difference to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a curious problem - solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to dig deep into complex challenges. You bring strong business analysis expertise, an agile mindset, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and a champion of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in eliciting business requirements, defining current vs. future states, creating user stories, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Able to build positive relationships, foster collaboration, and clearly present information through visual tools and storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a sophisticated technical environment, quickly picking up domain knowledge, and interpreting architectural diagrams.
- A natural facilitator who can lead discussions, workshops, and drive alignment across teams.
- You go beyond gathering requirements, seeking to understand the core problem and deliver the right solution.
