Patrocinado por CareerFoundryAs an Operational Excellency Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Integration & Release Management. Your mission is to streamline team activities, enhance efficiency, and eliminate operational pain points. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of our dynamic teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Integration & Release Management to understand team objectives and operational challenges.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement projects to drive efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies that resonate with team goals and company vision.
- Engage with various teams to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback, and propose actionable solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Establish reporting to compare monthly objectives and the associated KPIs. Provide a clear and detailed action plan to facilitate the achievement and surpassing of objectives. Conduct regular follow-up meetings to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
