Patient Pathway Manager - Onkologie (m/w/d)

(Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche)

Der Patient Pathway Manager (m/w/d) identifiziert Chancen zur Optimierung der Patientenpfade von Multiplem Myelom Patienten auf diversen Kanälen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem cross-funktionalem Team um. Gleichzeitig betreut er niedergelassene Ophthalmologen zur Erschließung von neuen Kundengruppen.

Aufgaben

• Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Ideen für optimaler Patientenpfade für eine reibungslose Versorgung von Multiplem Myelom-Patienten gemeinsam mit den Key Account Managern und Produktmanagement
• Mapping von Netzwerken, Kunden und Betreuung niedergelassener Ophthalmologen rund um Onkologische Accounts (Erschließung von neuen Kundengruppen)
• Entwicklung und Durchführung von spezifischen Formaten (z.B. digital) für Fortbildungsaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit und für Ophthalmologen
• Lebt eine offene, ehrliche, vertrauensvolle, transparente Kommunikation für eine positive, motivierende, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitskultur im gesamten cross-funktionalen Team

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftlichen- oder Wissenschaftlichen Bereich
• Erfolgreich abgelegte Pharmareferentenprüfung oder Universitätsstudium aus den Bereichen Humanmedizin, Zahnmedizin, Veterinärmedizin oder Pharmazie
• Gute Kenntnisse über das österreichische Gesundheitssystem, idealerweise über die Hämatologen und Ophthalmologie benötigt
• Fähigkeit zur Projekt-orientierten Arbeitsweise (Planung, Umsetzung, Monitoring, Koordination über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg)
• Exzellente Ergebnisorientierung, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Eigenständigkeit, Proaktivität, Flexibilität und externen Fokus
• Sehr gute (cross-funktionale) Teamfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit Feedback zu geben und zu nehmen
• Regelmäßige Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Übernachtungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
• Fließend in Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
