We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master Intern to join our Agile team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and team facilitation. The intern will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams to support Agile practices, improve team collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Scrum Master in tracking sprint progress and identifying impediments.
• Help manage and maintain Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with team members to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Document team performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions and assist in ensuring tasks are well-defined.
• Work with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of transparency and communication.
• Research and suggest ways to improve Agile processes and team productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
• Passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
