You will work closely with the Operations Manager, assisting in the day-to-day execution of operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced mobility environment.

• <point>Assisting in fleet management tasks, ensuring vehicle availability and operational efficiency.</point>
• <point>Supporting the coordination of drivers and logistics, ensuring smooth deployment and collection of vehicles.</point>
• <point>Helping manage and optimise administrative processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.</point>
• <point>Conducting data analysis to identify inefficiencies and proposing process improvements.</point>
• <point>Providing support in shift planning and daily task assignments.</point>
• <point>Assisting in onboarding and training new drivers and fleet team.</point>

• <point>You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.</point>
• <point>You are fluent in Portuguese and posses a good level of English.</point>
• <point>You have strong organisational and multitasking skills.</point>
• <point>You have interest in mobility, logistics, and operational efficiency.</point>
• <point> You are comfortable in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite, other Data tools being a plus </point>
• <point> You are able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment and posses strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</point>
