Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.

The HR Transformation is one of the largest transformational projects that Air Liquide engaged in over the last years and will meaningfully impact our ways of working. Joining the team will provide you with an opportunity to work in an international project environment with a lot of visibility on the European level, where we will be able to take the next steps in our digitization journey and will positively influence our employee experience all across Europe.

Note: The position is open for 3 locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda


 

Manage a team of HR BSC Payroll specialists that provide first level of HR services support to Euro & AMEI HR SSC’s customers
Guide, train and coach team members with daily activities and projects to ensure high quality services delivery
Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc)
Ensuring delivery of services in accordance with agreed performance levels (KPI) and in line with legal/regulations (compliance), continuously driving improvement activities/projects (simplification, standardization, automation) for service excellence and consistent customer experience
Identify and develop relevant service performance measures for the team to improve quality of services delivery
Identify and implement process improvements initiatives including identifying technology opportunities to optimise processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc)
Lead the team in resolving complex issues that arise
Managing the cost-effective operation and high performance of the BSC HR Team. This includes ensuring the efficient and effective processing of the daily and monthly tasks performed by the team
Be compliant with Service Level Agreements set with the entities of the Group and the analysis of Key Performance Indicators
Be involved in all necessary audit and compliance matters
Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery including participation in the service review meetings with clients if required

Are you a MATCH?


 

Degree in Human Resources Management other Social Sciences or administrative equivalent discipline

Experience in Human Resources environment (recommended and in shared services environment will be considered a plus)

Solid and Consolidated Payroll experience 

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills (collaborative and team oriented with cross-functional collaboration background)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people including managers, executives, business partners and subject matter experts from various countries, cultures and business levels

Ownership
