Your tasks

• As a working student (m/f/x) in Workplace & Office Management/Goods Receiving, you support our team in particular in incoming goods incl. customs handling, package acceptance and dispatch.

• Your responsibilities also include helping you to order and accept software licenses and to create, describe and optimize processes.

• You will also gain insights into facility management and contribute to space planning, setting up technical workplaces and managing and maintaining our buildings.

• In addition, you will support the commissioning and management of service providers.

• If needed and interested, you will also be involved in cross-team topics relating to our Business Unit Governance & Business Services.

• You will also help with the preparation, organization and moderation of meetings, including the planning and implementation of team meetings.

Your profile

• You are currently studying real estate management, business administration or a comparable degree program.

• You are also able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and like to take responsibility for your activities.

• In addition, you are characterized by your reliability, solution-oriented working methods and empathetic communication.

• You would like to be on site with your colleagues in the office and would like to actively support the team with your hands-on mentality-in short, you are a real team player.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
