Ferring+You

You wiIl play a pivotal role in designing and executing a forward-thinking global performance management and employee engagement strategy while seamlessly embedding the organization’s cultural framework.  

With a strong focus on impact and efficiency, you’ll ensure annual processes run smoothly delivering accurate, timely, and business-aligned outcomes. By collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, this role will help fuel organizational success and create an environment where employees thrive. 

Your day at Ferring

  • Performance Management:

Drive the annual process, ensuring dynamic alignment with progress and addressing challenges proactively. Implement best practices for continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Employee Engagement:

Oversee the annual engagement survey, managing the process from platform configuration to reporting and action planning. Use insights to drive meaningful workplace improvements.

  • Culture:

Lead Ferring’s cultural transformation by embedding the framework across the organization. Empower the HR community to champion initiatives that align with values and goals.

  • Tools, Analytics & Planning:

Develop guidance materials for process execution and provide support to the HR community. Track and analyze KPIs and reports, and assist in deploying the annual calendar aligned with global COEs and business priorities.

What You Need to Succeed:
Strong stakeholder management, business acumen in PEC, analytical skills for interpreting data, and proficiency in creating engaging materials.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR or performance management or organizational culture roles (global experience preferred). 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Have already participated in global roll-out of programs, preferably with involvement in process agenda management, user experience, user adoption and KPIs tracking. 

  • Experience with HR systems and engagement survey tools is a plus (e.g. Workday as HRIS, Cornerstone LMS for learning and Service Now for knowledge and case management) 

  • Fluent Business English is a must, both spoken and written.
