About this role:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Commercials at Circles. This pivotal role is focused on driving growth through digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and strategic digital partnerships. The ideal candidate brings extensive telecom experience, a proven track record in customer acquisition, and a deep understanding of emerging markets.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 10 years in telecom, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital partnerships.
Proven track record leading regional sales or revenue growth teams.
Deep understanding of emerging markets and prepaid-heavy market dynamics.
Major successes in consumer telecom (e.g., achieving significant subscriber base growth or revenue increases through strategic initiatives).
Skills
Expertise in digital acquisition and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve key CVM metrics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage partnerships effectively.
