The Learning and Development Specialist will support our global Talent and Development strategy, by executing essential tasks such as delivering virtual and some in person trainings for office employees and potentially managers. This 3-months temporary position is located in our Leuven office, in Belgium, with a hybrid schedule.

Role Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging learning experiences using a variety of delivery methods (virtual instructor-led training, webinars, in-person training).
Designing self-paced/eLearning trainings.
Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing feedback and learning performance metrics.
Support the global and regional (EMEA) Talent and Development team with some administrative tasks within Workday system.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience in facilitation of trainings, in the professional environment.
Fluent in English written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning/authoring tools. (Workday and Articulate 360 preferred)
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
