Job Scope:
We need a passionate Sales & Business Support Analyst who can provide our Head of Pumps-Cyclones-Valves Asia Pacific support on sales & marketing initiatives, business analytics & reporting, administration & overall championing our CRM initiative across the region.
Your responsibilities:
Champions the use of CRM & acts as a “go-to-person” when colleagues need further training
Collaborates closely with sales, service and technical specialists to analyse business performance & report on 'gap' initiatives to address
Interacts directly with all parts of PCV business on sales initiatives
Interacts directly with all parts of PCV business on marketing initiatives
Keeps CRM updated and holds team members accountable on opportunities
Coordinates management of re-sellers, agents & distributers
prepares & consolidates regular business reporting
coordinates reporting on strategic projects/initiatives
coordinates matrix reporting on regular intervals
capable of preparing technical product presentations to customers & develops presentations as required
responsible for all administration including expense management, travel, office management etc
Any other duties as reasonably directed
What you bring:
Ideally degree qualified in a Business or Engineering discipline with proven CRM experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in reporting, administration, business analytics with an excellent customer service approach
Experience in or capability to drive various sales & marketing initiatives across a business unit or product line
Capable of preparing technical product presentations and other presentations as required
Sound exposure or knowledge of the mining/ mineral processing industry is desirable
Intermediate/Advanced skills in MSOffice Suite essential and an knowledge of PowerBi or ERP system (e.g. SAP/Epicor/ or similar system) will be viewed favorably
Demonstrated commitment to the provision of high-level quality and customer-focused services (internally & externally).
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with customers, contractors, and other personnel daily
Highly developed organization, multitasking, time management, and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
Ability to be trained technically to understand pumps-cyclones-valves products
