Job Description & Summary: A career within….

 

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in developing solutions with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Design data mapping strategies between source systems, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Oracle CPQ.
• Assist in mapping source data to target fields within Salesforce.
• Validate data before and after migration to ensure its accuracy.
• Generate reconciliation files and document any discrepancies identified.
• Design and develop ETL workflows using IICS to extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Implement data transformation rules according to mapping specifications.
• Assist with data loading into Salesforce using tools like Data Loader, when necessary.
• Conduct various types of testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Log and track defects until they are resolved.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, mappings, and validation rules.
• Exhibit strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively document development workflows, pipelines, and reporting functionalities.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Data migration
• Experience in SOQL
• Experience in Salesforce (sales / service)
• Experience in Oracle CPQ
