Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor / Senior Human Resources Representative to support our DACH organization. You will be the point of contact for Mitel’s managers and employees providing counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals, workforce analysis and solution orientated support. Working in conjunction with the Strategic P&C Business Partners and the Centers of Excellence, the HR Advisor / Senior Human Resources Manager will contribute to the development and delivery of HR solutions which supports Mitel’s talent needs. This role is critical in executing responsive HR support and driving HR functional and regional excellence and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
Continuously review, develop and maintain harmonised policies, benefits, contracts of employment, systems and processes and drive the employee and manager self-service model.
Maintain current in-depth knowledge of standards and legislations related to day to day management of employees, reducing employment legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ensure continuous effective partnership with the global People & Culture teams, our business leaders and global functional teams.
Ensure that Mitel’s HRIS system (WorkDay) and any other HR systems, are kept up to date and that new starters, changes and leavers are processed correctly and in accordance with the defined timelines. Ensure data integrity at all times through regular auditing controls.
Assist with HR projects or initiatives as needed.
