What you’ll do

• Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets to guide business strategy.
• Month-end Excellence: Own the month-end closing process, reconciliations & Consolidation of Financial statements with great level of accuracy.
• Compliance: Assist in tax preparation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive Audits: Support audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.

What we're looking for

• You are a CA/CPA with 1-2 years or CA inter with at least 3-4 years of experience or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with atleastat least 5-7 years of experience.
• You’ve got experience in US GAAP accounting & Taxation (bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or a SaaS company before!).
• You have a good understanding of Indian GAAP & compliances. Preferred if you’re familiar with Tally.
• You’re a QuickBooks pro or you have mastered any other ERP managing accounting end-to-end under US GAAP.
• You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• You communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—and love collaborating with different teams.
